Having trouble? Here are some helpful hints.
I don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Use this link to download
Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Acrobat Reader shows an error message saying that the E-Catalog
PDF file is incompatible with my version of Reader.
Use this link to download
the most recent version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
When I click on the catalog link, instead of displaying the
catalog in the web browser window, my browser offers to save the E-Catalog PDF
file to disk.
Your Acrobat Reader software is not correctly configured to display E-Catalog
PDF files directly in the browser.
Save the file to disk, and then open it manually using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
(In some cases, your web browser will save the file to disk and then
automatically open it in Reader for you).
Alternatively, you can use the link above to download the most recent version
of Reader and re-install it.
I saved the catalog to disk, but I can't open the E-Catalog PDF
file.
Make sure you have Acrobat Reader, and that you have the most recent version
installed. Some catalog files are large; make sure the download is 100%
complete before you try to open the E-Catalog PDF file.
I can't print.
If you are viewing the E-Catalog PDF file in your web browser, make sure you're
using the Acrobat Reader print button in the Acrobat toolbar directly above the
displayed catalog, rather than the web browser's own print command. (Hitting
Ctrl+P generally won't work).
