- Disembark in Grytviken, an abandoned whaling station.
- Wander through the town, and visit the old manager’s villa, now the South Georgia Museum, and the little white church brought all the way from Norway

CRUISE ANTARCTIC PENINSULA
- Breakfast, lunch & dinner on board ship
- The ship will negotiate the narrow passage between Booth Island and the Antarctica Peninsula.
- You’ll aboard PolarCirkel boats will be attempted in various locations (weather permitting), including:
- Half Moon Island, with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains, famous for its large chinstrap penguin rookery, kelp gulls, and Antarctic terns. Whale spotting is also common here.
- Whalers Bay on Deception Island
- Half Moon Island.
- Yankee Harbor.
- Almirante Brown in Paradise Harbor.
- Port Lockroy
- Neko Harbor’s
- Petermann Island
- Cuverille Island.
- Wilhelmina Bay
- Antarctica Sound, where huge mile-long tabular icebergs can be seen.
- Brown Bluff, on the coast of the Antarctic Sound at the tip of the Antarctic Peninsula.
For safety reasons, following Antarctic Treaty’s Recommendation XVII-1 and the IAATO Guidelines for Visitors to Antarctica that prevent unnecessary impact on the environment, landing groups can not exceed a maximum of 100 people at each time. Large, sturdy RIB’s (Polar Cirkel boats), handled by the vessel’s officers will be used to transport you on shore.
