Fly overnight to Lima, Peru.

Lima
Upon your early-morning arrival in Lima, you will be required to clear Immigration and Customs before being met by a Vantage Representative who will assist you with your transfer to the hotel. Afternoon city tour of Lima and hotel check-in. Evening at leisure.
Note: Early hotel check in requested but not guaranteed.

Lima / Iquitos, Peru / Peruvian Amazon Rain Forest
Early hotel check out and transfer to Lima airport for flight to Iquitos. Arrive Iquitos and transfer to Ceiba Tops Luxury Lodge via fast boat. Buffet breakfast upon arrival. Morning at leisure. Buffet lunch at hotel. Afternoon hike in rainforest. Welcome briefing and buffet dinner at hotel.
Note: All passengers must pay a Domestic Flight Tax of $6.05 USD per person. This amount must be paid in cash at the airport.

Peruvian Amazon Rain Forest
Morning boat ride to spot dolphins and birds, and visit a small Yagua Indian village to learn about their culture and see a blowgun demonstration. After lunch at the lodge, visit a large river community with its own market, high school, and small hospital. Night tour spotting tarantulas and night birds.

Peruvian Amazon Rain Forest
After early morning bird watching, enjoy a boat ride to “Monkey Island.” After lunch, visit a small neighboring village to observe their simply life dominated by the Amazon River. Dinner at the lodge. Evening theater performance by kids from a local school.

Iquitos / Lima / Cuzco
Early morning boxed breakfast. Early morning transfer to Iquitos Airport for flight to Cuzco.
Note: All passengers must pay a Domestic Flight Tax of $4 USD per person. This amount must be paid in cash at the Iquitos airport. Flight taxes are subject to change at any time.
Connect through Lima.

Depart Lima and arrive Cuzco and transfer to hotel. Join Day 2 of Base Program.
