Two sightseeing tours will reveal the landmarks that are sacred to three faiths. Begin with a full-day city tour featuring the Western Wall, the Dome of the Rock, the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, the al-Aqsa Mosque, and the Via Dolorosa. The following day, you’ll take in the Israel Museum, Israel's premier art museum; Yad Vashem, a museum dedicated to preserving the lessons of the Holocaust; and Hebrew University. You’ll also visit the Garden of Gethsemane, where Jesus is said to have withdrawn after the Last Supper; ride to the summit of the historic Mount of Olives, fabled site of his arrest; and Mount Zion, with its sacred shrines.
