PACING: You’ll visit 9 ports of call in 12 days, spending 10 nights aboard a Vantage Deluxe River Cruise Ship. This leisurely cruise along the legendary Danube takes you to four countries and features five UNESCO World Heritage Sites. You’ll also visit two grand European capitals, Budapest and Vienna (where you’ll spend two full days).

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY: This is a moderately active itinerary featuring a mix of panoramic (driving) sightseeing tours and walking tours. All motorcoaches are air-conditioned, and there are only one or two drives that take more than and hour. Much of the walking on tours is over uneven terrain, cobblestone walkways, and flagstone paths. Motorcoaches are used whenever possible to bring you as close to the pedestrian centers as the historic preservation of these older towns and cities allow. Castle and museum visits often require climbing flights of stairs. Panoramic city tours use air-conditioned private motorcoaches. Please note: Vantage river cruise ships are not wheelchair accessible and there are steps on board.
