Come and visit an ancient cradle of civilization on the stylish 5-Star Deluxe ms Crown Jubilee. You’ll stay in an environment in which your preferences are noted and committed employees offer you highly personalized service with attention to detail. Inside the ship, the ambience is one of contemporary elegance.

Cabins offers 215 square feet of living space, and feature large panoramic windows, offering delightful vistas of the Nile.When not cozying up in your room, lay back on the sun deck to relax while taking in amazing views of lush green Nile banks and ancient temples from a long-ago age. Enjoy your included shore excursions for further exploration of Egypt’s marvels. And on board, you’ll dine on a mouth-watering selection of dishes. Afterwards, settle in for a quiet evening on the sun deck or listen to piped music in the bar.

Air Conditioning
All cabins and public rooms on board are fully air conditioned; passenger cabins are individually regulable.

Business Center
Passengers are welcome to use the business services available at reception. Services include fax service and public phone.

Currency Exchange
The currency on board is the Egyptian Pound (L.E.) MasterCard and Visa credit cards are also accepted. There’s no currency exchange on board.

Gratuities
The recommended gratuity for ship staff is $8.00-$10.00 per person per day. There is a box located in reception for tipping at the end of the cruise. The tips are split amongst staff by the cruise line.

Daily Programs
You will find the program for the following day in the Reception area each evening. It will provide information regarding meals, events, dress recommendations, departure times for excursions, as well as arrival and departure times for ports-of-call.

Dining Information
All meals and daily tea time service are included on board. The spacious restaurant room can accommodate all passengers at one seating. All meal times are posted outside the restaurant.

Dinner Attire
On board, smart casual attire is recommended in the evening, while informal clothing is suitable for the day.

For land excursions, cotton clothing for warmer months is appropriate. During winter, a light jacket for the day is advisable. Winter evenings are a bit cold; dress accordingly. Comfortable, flat shoes (sneakers) are indispensable. Ladies’ shorts are not recommended.

Doctor
A doctor is on call when the boat docks at Luxor, Esna, Edfu, Kom-Ombo, and Aswan.

Electric Current
The electric current is 220 volts, 50 Hz. Sockets are normally European standard plugs and there are electrical outlets for shavers in cabin bathrooms. You should bring an all-purpose transformer and adapter plug to convert the current; transformers are available at most major department stores.

Entertainment
Enjoy your favorite wine or cocktail or simply a refreshing fruit juice, while listening to piped music in the spacious lounge and bar. Or dress up in a traditional djallabaya for the special party theme night.

Also enjoy the belly dancing — in which you can participate. It’s fun and easy — the dancers will show you the moves! You can also dance the night away to the latest international and regional hit sounds that the shipboard DJ spins for you.

Health/Beauty Services
On the large sun deck, you’ll find a swimming pool, plenty of comfortable deck chairs, sun loungers, and fitness equipment. Body massage is available against charge. Beauty services are available at a salon which opens only in Luxor and Aswan (by request). An onboard gift shop offers sundry items and souvenirs.

Language
Arabic is the official language. English is widely spoken. French, German, and English speaking staff are available on board.

Laundry
There are full laundry facilities on board (no dry cleaning).

Lounge/Bar
You will find a large, luxurious bar and lounge aboard the ms Crown Jubilee, where you can enjoy a variety of entertainment programs in the evening. There’s also a bar on the sun deck by the pool for a more quiet and relaxing time.

Reception Desk
There’s 24-hour Reception service.

Shore Excursions
All shore excursions are included on board.

Special Meal Requests
The ship will be able to accommodate a variety of special dietary requirements, provided requests are received by Vantage prior to departure. Please submit any special dietary requests at the time of booking to allow us enough time to transmit your request. Please confirm any dietary requests with your Vantage Program Manager once on board.

Special Occasions
If you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or honeymoon during your cruise, the cruise line will be happy to honor the event with a special cake in the dining room. Please advise Vantage of such occasions at the time of booking. Please verify the arrangements with your Vantage Program Manager once you are on board.

Telephone/Telefax
You can easily stay in touch with your business or home: international telephone and fax facilities are available on board at the Reception Desk, with direct telephone dialing from your cabin or suite. These services are fee-based and you can sign these charges to your account and settle at the end of the voyage.

Wheelchair Accessibility
There are no handicapped cabins or elevators on board either ship. Plus, neither ship is handicap or wheelchair accessible.
