Our chef will teach you how the sausage is made, as well as provide some background on why it’s a staple in the German diet. Boppard – Another cooking demonstration today adds to our epicurean experience, as we learn about Swabian Meat Pockets.
Breisach – Enjoy yet another captivating culinary educational session, as you learn to make the German equivalent of macaroni and cheese, called kasspatzle. We will also have a special wine tasting.
