A specialist in Middle Eastern cultures, Mohamed has traveled extensively throughout the region, leading tours in Jordan, UAE, Oman, Bahrain, and Qatar. Besides guiding, he enjoys educating and inspiring travelers from all over the world who, just like him, share his boundless curiosity and admiration for ancient cultures.

Maged — an Egyptian and Canadian native fluent in Arabic and English — decided to become a tour guide so he could meet people from different backgrounds, cultures, and life experiences. He lives in Cairo with his family, and feels the happiest whenever he is able to engage travelers on appreciating and learning more about ancient and modern Egypt, connecting the past and present. Maged will take any opportunity to show people how history repeats itself regardless of the timeframe. He also takes all chances to clarify misunderstandings travelers might have learned about everyday life or culture in the Middle East.
